  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 3 cloves minced garlic (or 1 tablespoon)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh chopped rosemary (or ½ teaspoon dried parsley)
  • 1 tablespoon paprika (smoked paprika is also great)
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1-2 chicken breasts (butterflied if thick)

Instructions:

  1. Marinade: Mix mayonnaise, lemon zest, minced garlic, rosemary, paprika, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Prepare Chicken: Salt the chicken breasts. Coat them in the marinade.
  3. Air Fry: Place the chicken on parchment paper in the air fryer. Add frozen French fries on the side. Cook at 380°F for 10 minutes. Flip the chicken and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Recipe 2: Reuben Sandwiches

If you've never made a sandwich in your air fryer, you’re missing out. Today, we’re making Reuben sandwiches.

Ingredients:

  • Dark rye bread
  • Corned beef
  • Swiss cheese
  • Sauerkraut
  • Russian dressing or Thousand Island dressing
  • Butter or avocado oil spray

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Sandwich: Butter one slice of bread, place it in the air fryer, add dressing, corned beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese. Top with the other slice of bread, buttered side up.
  2. Air Fry: Cook at 350°F for 4 minutes. Flip and cook at 400°F for 3 more minutes until crispy.

Recipe 3: Chicken Katsu

For homemade chicken katsu, you’ll need:

Ingredients:

  • Chicken thighs
  • Flour
  • Salt
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Oil
  • Eggs

Sauce:

  • ¼ cup ketchup (68 grams)
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons sriracha or hot sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Chicken: Pat chicken thighs dry, sprinkle with salt, coat in flour, dip in egg wash, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  2. Air Fry: Place in the air fryer, spray with oil, and cook at 380°F for 15 minutes.
  3. Sauce: Mix all sauce ingredients and serve with the cooked chicken.

Recipe 4: BBQ Tater Tot Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices chopped bacon
  • ¼ cup red onion
  • 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 9 oz tater tots
  • ¼ cup barbecue sauce
  • Monterey Jack cheese

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Place bacon, red onion, and chickpeas on parchment paper in the air fryer. Add tater tots and barbecue sauce.
  2. Air Fry: Cook at 400°F for 12 minutes.
  3. Finish: Stir ingredients, top with cheese, and cook for an additional 2 minutes until cheese is melted.
