Review of Air Fryer Liners: A Must-Have for Air Fryer Enthusiasts

Hi, I'm Stacy Gordon. Welcome to That's My Jam. A few months ago, I shared a product review video on air fryer liners, which I absolutely loved. As I was restocking on Amazon recently, I came across a new set of air fryer liners that caught my eye. With the big football game this weekend, people will be using their air fryers for wings, pizza rolls, and more. It seemed like the perfect time to try out this new product.

Unboxing the New Air Fryer Liner Kit

The product I'm reviewing today includes what I call "Reese’s cup liners." These are designed for bucket-style air fryers, which works perfectly for me since my French door Kalorik air fryer is currently out of order.

This kit includes more than just the standard brown air fryer liners from my previous video. Here's what you'll find in the kit:

  • Brown parchment paper liners
  • White liners with a slight waxy texture
  • A silicone liner
  • A set of tongs
  • A liner holder

Detailed Examination of Each Component

Brown Parchment Paper Liners

These are similar to the ones I reviewed before. They are perfect for everyday air frying.

White Waxy Liners

These have a slight waxy consistency and I’m eager to see how they perform, especially without needing spray oil.

Silicone Liner

The silicone liner is a standout feature. It’s dishwasher safe, BPA-free, and can withstand temperatures up to 446°F. The deep ridges help circulate air underneath the food, ensuring even cooking.

Additional Accessories

  • Tongs: Small and handy, perfect for retrieving toast or handling smaller food items.
  • Liner Holder: Adjustable to fit various liner sizes, though I'm more interested in how well the liners work.

Important Safety Tips

Before we dive into using these liners, remember that all air fryers have a heating coil that can draw lightweight items up, potentially causing a fire if they contact the heating element. Always ensure there's enough weight on the liners to keep them in place.

Testing the Liners

Test 1: Pizza Rolls

First, we’ll try the white waxy liner with pizza rolls. Typically, I'd use spray oil on parchment paper, but this liner might eliminate that step. Place the liner in the bucket, add the pizza rolls, and ensure they aren't overlapping. After cooking, the liner stayed in place, and cleanup was a breeze—no mess in the air fryer.

Test 2: Chicken Tenders

Next, we used traditional parchment paper liners for frozen chicken tenders. Again, the weight of the tenders kept the liner in place. The tongs made it easy to remove the hot tenders, and the parchment paper caught all the grease and crumbs, leaving the bucket clean.

Test 3: Wings with Silicone Liner

Finally, the silicone liner was put to the test with chicken wings. Its ridges allowed for proper air circulation, and it held up well under the weight of the wings. The liner collected all the grease and residue, and cleanup was simple—just a quick wipe and into the dishwasher.

Conclusion

Whether using a bucket air fryer or a standup model, these liners proved to be effective and convenient. The silicone liner and waxy white liners are particularly impressive. If you're interested in this set, I’ll include a link to purchase it from Amazon in the comments.
