Cooking Favorite Recipes from the Philips Air Fryer: Air Fryer Salmon Fillets Recipe
Welcome to Day 10 of our cooking adventure with the Complete Air Fryer Cookbook using the Ninja Dual Zone Air Fryer! We’re excited to share one of our favorite recipes: air fryer salmon fillets. We absolutely love our Ninja Dual Zone Air Fryer, and it's fascinating to see how its cooking times and temperatures compare to a traditional single-basket air fryer.
Today's Recipe: Air Fryer Salmon Fillets
For this delicious air fryer salmon fillets recipe, we’ve selected some fresh salmon from M&S. Here’s what you’ll need:
- Olive oil (for spraying the salmon)
- Lemon (for squeezing over the salmon)
- Dill (fresh or dried, for sprinkling on the salmon)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
How to Cook Salmon Fillets in the Air Fryer
Prepare the Salmon: Start by spraying the salmon fillets with olive oil. Squeeze a bit of lemon over each fillet and season with salt, pepper, and dill.
Air Frying: Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket. We used the right-hand side drawer of the Ninja Dual Zone Air Fryer, set to 180°C (360°F) for 8 minutes. If you’re cooking for more or adding a side dish, you can use both drawers for more efficiency. For example, you can cook your salmon in one drawer and green beans or asparagus in the other.
Check for Doneness: After 8 minutes, check the salmon. If it needs more time, cook for an additional 4 minutes, making the total cook time 12 minutes.
Enjoy: Once done, your salmon fillets should be perfectly cooked and ready to enjoy for a quick and easy lunch!
