  • Garlic Powder (1 teaspoon)
  • Onion Powder (1 teaspoon)
  • Oregano (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Thyme (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Black Pepper (1/4 teaspoon)
  • Olive Oil (1 tablespoon)

How to Make Air Fryer Sausage and Veggies

1. Prepare the Ingredients

  • Red Onion: Cut 1/2 of a large red onion into 1-inch pieces. Place them in a large mixing bowl.
  • Zucchini: Chop off both ends and cut the zucchini into 1/2-inch half-moon slices. Add to the bowl.
  • Bell Peppers: Remove the stem and seeds, then cut into 1-inch pieces. Add to the bowl.
  • Potatoes: Cut potatoes into 1/4-inch thick strips for even cooking. Add to the bowl.
  • Sausage: Slice pre-cooked sausage into 1/2-inch thick rounds and add to the bowl.

2. Season and Toss

Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the bowl and toss to coat all ingredients. Then sprinkle 1 teaspoon each of garlic powder and onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon each of oregano and thyme, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper. Mix well to ensure even coating of the spices.
