How to Make Delicious Air Fried Grilled Chicken

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken

First, slice your chicken. Make deep cuts across the chicken to ensure the marinade seeps in deeply.

Step 2: Make the Marinade

  1. Garlic: Add 1 tablespoon of crushed garlic to a mixing bowl.
  2. Salt: Add ½ teaspoon of salt. Adjust according to taste.
  3. Olive Oil: Pour in 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil for a healthier option.
  4. Paprika: Add 1 teaspoon of paprika. If available, add ½ teaspoon of smoked paprika for an extra smoky flavor.
  5. Cumin and Coriander: Add ½ teaspoon each of cumin and coriander.
  6. Black Pepper: Add ¼ teaspoon of black pepper.
  7. Tomato Puree: Add 1 tablespoon of tomato puree.

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly to create a flavorful marinade.

Step 3: Marinate the Chicken

Place the sliced chicken into the marinade. Ensure the marinade covers all parts of the chicken, especially the cuts you made earlier. This will enhance the flavor.
